These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BillMitra POS and any related products and services (the "Service") provided by Purposix Private Limited ("Purposix", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
The Service is offered on monthly or yearly subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Yearly plans are billed at the rate displayed at checkout, which reflects a 2-month discount versus monthly billing.
3. Payments, Processors & Currencies
Payments are processed by our authorised payment partners — Stripe, Razorpay, and Cashfree. By submitting payment details you also accept the applicable processor's terms:

Indian customers are charged in INR. International customers may be charged in USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SGD, AUD, or CAD; displayed non-INR prices are indicative and the final amount is shown at checkout.
4. Taxes
Listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST). Taxes are added at checkout where required by law and shown on your invoice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and emergency fixes may temporarily affect the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
BillMitra POS, the Purposix marks, and all related content are owned by Purposix Private Limited. You retain ownership of the business data you upload to the Service.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purposix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
