1. Information We Collect
- Account data: name, business name, email, phone, GSTIN, address.
- Business data: products, customers, bills, inventory, payments, and other records you upload.
- Payment data: handled directly by Stripe, Razorpay, and Cashfree — we do not store full card or bank details on our servers.
- Usage data: device, browser, IP, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve BillMitra POS.
- To process subscriptions, invoices, and refunds.
- To send transactional and service-related communication.
- To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
3. Payment Processors
Payments are processed by Stripe, Razorpay, and Cashfree. When you pay, your payment details are submitted directly to the processor and handled under their privacy policies:

4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with: (a) payment processors above to complete transactions; (b) infrastructure providers strictly to run the Service; (c) authorities when required by law.
5. Data Security
We use TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, Row-Level Security, scoped access controls, and regular backups. Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
6. Data Retention
We retain business data for as long as your account is active. On cancellation, you can export your data; we may retain it for up to 90 days for recovery and then delete or anonymise it unless law requires longer retention.
7. Your Rights
You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data by emailing support@purposix.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by law.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand product usage. You may control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Children
BillMitra POS is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice.
